Payment & Delivery methods :

We accept the following payment services:
remise (You will receive your download link as soon as you complete your
payment online.)
PayPal (If you choose PayPal as your payment method, please note that your
download link is not active even though you complete your payment.We will
inform about the link by email within 24 hours.)
You can also access your download link at Your Order History after log in.
2. Direct Deposit (Japanese customers only)
Please complete your payment according to our bank account information
sent by email. After we confirm your payment, we will let you know the
download information by email within 3 business days.
Note: We will inform you about your download link on the same day, in the
case where we successfully confirm your payment from 10:00 to 15:00 on
business days.
Price/Value:
It depends on each product. Sales price displays on our product information
page. The price includes 5% consumption tax.
Note: A commission for products is not necessary.(It is free of charge.)
Our Refund Policy:
Since we are offering non-tangible and irrevocable goods through the internet,
we do not issue refunds after you download our products.
You are not allowed to cancel your order, unless:
1. You received the wrong template(s) or template(s) that you didn't order.
2. You received damaged or defective template(s).
